STARTING THE NEW YEAR WITH A STRANGER. It's spring, which for me began on New Year's Eve. Let's start with the fact that my name is Inga, and I am passionate about literature, cinema, and photography. After three serious relationships, I was a single woman for the whole of 2024, and I enjoyed it very much until, as the end of the year approached, I felt that I was finally ready to meet someone again. At that very moment, I found out about the first Singles Only event in Angars. On New Year's Eve. Why not?
After all, meeting someone in person in the 21st century is exclusive and exciting. Although I had a few other ideas for where to celebrate New Year's Eve, I decided to challenge myself and fate and go party with strangers. I was very tempted by the idea of a new beginning at the turn of the year. I took a friend with me who was also single. AIVAR's story
It was very spontaneous. While scrolling through Instagram, I saw a Valentine's Day "Singles Only" party. I immediately bought a ticket because this event seemed to be exactly what I needed, as it appears that Tinder, after several Tinder dates, is not working for me. My expectations for this event were to find an environment where there were people with similar goals. For me, that was to find a potential partner.
I met several women at the event, but towards the end, I asked a woman who particularly caught my eye to dance, and we danced several dances together.
