The Singles Only Events team – we are two ladies with big ideas

November 2024 -  Elīna, who was tired of the chaos of dating apps, came up with the idea of a real-life dating event as an alternative to the usual New Year's Eve on the couch with friends. To create an opportunity to meet new people and start the new year with new possibilities. She jokingly shared the idea with Līga – an experienced event organizer, and both decided without hesitation: “Let's do it!”. And that's how it all began.

Our mission is to create an environment where singles can meet in a relaxed atmosphere – without pressure or awkwardness. Time together, conversations, laughter... and if someone catches your eye – know that you can safely start a conversation, because everyone here is single. To create a place where real people meet and real connections happen. This is especially important nowadays, when we spend more and more time in front of screens, and dating apps often only contribute to the atrophy of our social skills.

So far, we have organized various types of events – parties for about 200 people, sporty padel tournaments, and relaxed dinners for smaller groups. Our goal at events – to ensure a balance between the genders of participants and to create a meaningful, equal experience for everyone.

We carefully listen to participant feedback, grow with each event, and strive to make the next events even better.
